Wedding Package Terms & Conditions
  • Any other services not mentioned in the packages are available with an extra charge.
  • Package inclusions cannot be exchanged for other services.
  • Guests not staying at the resort and attending the wedding must pay a day pass.
  • In case of bad weather wedding cannot be cancelled, it will be moved to back up. Once the packages and extras are paid they are not refundable.

The hotel require the following of wedding couples:
  • For a symbolic ceremony the bride and groom must be in the hotel 3 working days prior to the ceremony date (arrival day and Sundays don't count).
  • For a civil ceremony the bride, groom and their four witnesses must be in the hotel 4 working days prior to the ceremony date (arrival day and Sundays don’t count).
  • The hotel require that at least the 90% of the total people attending the wedding stay at the hotel.
  • A deposit is required for the Tangerine Sunset package.
Note that the resort offer civil, symbolic, Catholic, Mayan or cultural ceremonies. 

  • The wedding coordinator at resort will take charge of all of your paperwork and communication with City Hall.
  • The wedding couple will need to have a blood test before they can marry which will take place at resort with the hotel's doctor. This is in order to determine blood type and to test for HIV and STD’s. If either test is positive in anything, a special release must be signed by you, the couple, in order for the ceremony to go ahead. 
  • If you have not been married before the hotel will only require passports and your tourist visa card that you will receive at the airport upon landing in Mexico.
